My school's newspaper came out today. Why do I feel like I am in high school when I say that? I feel like such a geek to say that I am on the newspaper staff. This is not by choice. The class is part of my education plan. Some how two of my articles are on the front page of our little paper. The Bruin I really should have scanned the front page because it is different than the on line paper. The "real" paper has a couple of typos. One is Halloween (Holloween.) Cole also noticed on one of my photo credits says "photso." After he found this mistake he said "I wonder how they got your name right." He was being serious, not funny.
In addition to my articles I wrote an opinion piece. I was told to go and get my picture taken so they could put it in the paper. That was not going to happen. I dug one up. My instructor seemed very happy with the picture because he came up to me while I was taking a test to show it to me. Cole told me the picture shows too many of my teeth.
God, I love that boy. He just says it like it is. Hmmm. I wonder where he gets that from.
