Cole "I'm reading Old Yeller again."

Bec. "The dog still dies in the end."

"I know."

"Okay."

"I'm reading it for school. We can make a skit or a mumble mumble mumble or make a diorama from a scene in the book."

"What are you going to do?"

"Probably a diorama."

"Please don't do the scene when the dog dies."

Big smile. " I know. We are trying to get others to want to read the book."

"I can guarantee if you make a diorama of the dog getting shot a lot of people will not want to read the book."

"But it is a good book. I won't do it though. It would ruin the end of the story."
