Time Flies By

We have not meant to ignore you. We have just been adjusting to school life. Here is a quick run down:

Cole - He is playing percussion in band. This is convenient for many reasons. 1) he already plays a percussion instrument (piano) 2) it is portable; just sticks 3) we do not have to buy or rent instrument 4) he fits onto the bus. He has been playing fall soccer and is back in the grove of school.

Jenee- She is busy with school, dance and piano. Right now chem and math are her biggest challenges. She said it is not too bad really.

Me - I am enjoying being in a 3rd/4th split for student teaching. My seminar class is driving me nuts. Call me crazy, but I like organization. Enough said. Maybe too much ;)

Alan - He is ready to kick some Kentucky butt. We (me and the kids) are not sure what is going on but one minute he was ready to drive down to Kentucky for the day. The next minute he is having a heated conversation on the phone. We think we even saw smoke coming out his nose and ears.

Really, truly, that is our life right now. We have sprinkles of excitement, but nothing to earth shattering, unless you count taking J shopping for dress to wear for homecoming exciting...some might concede to that being exciting. We don't like those people. In fact WE may hurt those people.
